Immerse yourself in the heart of classical music this summer at the International Holland Music Sessions (IHMS) 2025, held in the beautiful town of Bergen, in the Netherlands. Nestled near the sea, Bergen is renowned for its artistic charm, tranquil landscapes, and inspiring atmosphere—making it the perfect setting for an unforgettable musical experience.

From July 27th to August 10th, our renowned festival and academy will transform into a vibrant hub for the world’s most talented young musicians, offering an inspiring combination of masterclasses, concerts, and artistic exchange.

Each week, IHMS 2025 will feature world-class masterclass teachers in violin, piano, and cello, providing invaluable guidance to the next generation of exceptional artists:

What can you expect?

Every student will participate in three personalized masterclasses, where they will refine their repertoire, explore new interpretations, and receive individual mentorship from these acclaimed artists.
In addition to the masterclasses, violin and cello students will have a dedicated piano coach to help them prepare their repertoire. These talented accompanists will also perform with the students during their festival concerts, offering a rich collaborative experience that mirrors professional performance settings.
To enhance their artistry, all participants will also take a lesson in improvisation led by a renowned improvisational artist, encouraging creative exploration beyond classical boundaries.
Each student’s journey will culminate in live performances during the festival concerts, which will be professionally recorded. These recordings will allow participants to build a polished digital portfolio, an essential tool for advancing their careers in the modern music world.

The cost of the course, which includes masterclasses, accommodation, and meals, is:

• € 1.250 for one week
• € 2.250 for two weeks
