Diana Ketler, an acclaimed pianist and educator, has captivated audiences worldwide with her profound artistry as a soloist and chamber musician. Born in Riga, Latvia, into a distinguished family of musicians, she received her first musical inspirations from her parents. Her studies took her from Riga to the Mozarteum in Salzburg and the Royal Academy of Music (RAM) in London, where her artistry flourished under the mentorship of esteemed pedagogues.


Diana’s performances span some of the world's most iconic venues, including Carnegie Hall in New York, the Musikverein and Konzerthaus in Vienna, Suntory Hall in Tokyo, Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw, La Fenice in Venice, and Berlin’s Philharmonie. She has graced prestigious festivals such as the Lucerne Festival, Rheingau Musik Festival, Gstaad Musiksommer, Kuhmo Chamber Music Festival, and Wiener Festwochen.


As a chamber musician, Diana is a founding member of Ensemble Raro, considered one of Europe’s most intriguing chamber groups. With Ensemble Raro, she has toured extensively across Europe, the USA, and Japan, and their recordings have been widely praised. Diana is also the Artistic Director of two significant European music festivals: SoNoRo Festival in Romania and Italy, and Chiemgauer Musikfrühling in Bavaria. Her vision for these festivals has helped bring both innovative programming and extraordinary performances to audiences.


In addition to her performing career, Diana is a celebrated educator. She has served as Professor of Piano at the Royal Academy of Music in London since 2000 and as Professor of Chamber Music at the Haute École de Musique in Geneva since 2017. She regularly conducts masterclasses across Europe and Japan and is the founder of the Interferentes workshop program, nurturing the next generation of talented soloists and chamber musicians in Romania, Italy, and Germany. Diana Ketler’s artistry is distinguished by her depth of interpretation, technical brilliance, and her tireless dedication to expanding the horizons of classical music through both performance and education.
